Welcome to Young Riders Childcare, a warm and nurturing childcare center located in the heart of Tsawwassen, BC. As a boutique-style childcare center with one large and bright classroom, we welcome up to 25 children between the ages of 30 months and kindergarten. Our intimate setting is thoughtfully designed to feel like a second home — a place where every child is known, valued, and cherished.
What sets us apart is the genuine care and personal attention we provide. Our small size allows us to maintain an exceptionally low child-to-staff ratio, ensuring that no child is ever overlooked. Each child receives tailored support that nurtures their growth, confidence, and curiosity.
Our founder and owner, Ray Qiu, residing in South Delta, is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator who is present at the center every day. His hands-on leadership and daily involvement mean that families receive timely, meaningful communication and that each child’s well-being is closely observed and supported.

One of the unique advantages of Young Riders Childcare is our unparalleled access to Winskill Park, located just steps from our center. As the only childcare facility in Tsawwassen with regular access to a full-sized soccer field, we are proud to incorporate active outdoor play into our weekly curriculum in a meaningful way.
Our children enjoy frequent use of the park’s expansive green spaces, including the soccer field and other playground amenities. Every week, we host our Mini Soccer Club, where children can run, kick, play, and build confidence through teamwork and movement — all under the supervision of our caring educators. This consistent exposure to outdoor sports not only brings great joy to our students but also plays a vital role in their physical development.
